Katya Koryakovtseva serves as Client Solutions Consultant at Verdant Capital, bringing more than 15 years of experience at the intersection of mining, energy, finance and technology to the firm. Her career has focused on opening new markets, building go-to-market strategies, and connecting companies with the right capital, technology and opportunities — work that spans Africa, Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia and Australia.

Before joining Verdant Capital, Katya held senior commercial and strategy positions including Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Engagement at Ramjack Technology Solutions, Strategic Growth Advisor at Mazars South Africa, and Commercial Director at the African Energy Chamber. Earlier, she spent over three years as Chief Business Officer and VP Sales at APO Group, a pan-African communications consultancy, leading sales strategy and go-to-market development across Africa and the Middle East, and held senior regional roles at Global Business Reports and The Business Year across markets including the United States, UAE, Kazakhstan and Australia. At Verdant Capital, Katya brings her cross-sector expertise and international network to client engagement, business development and identifying strategic opportunities across African markets.

Katya holds an MSc in Global Management from NEOMA Business School and a BA in European Studies from Maastricht University. She is fluent in English, French, Dutch, Russian and German, reflecting a career built on working across borders and cultures.
