Verdant Capital has made a significant contribution to the One Girl foundation, a foundation that helps girls throughout the African continent finish school.
In less-fortunate communities, families often struggle to find the means to educate their children. Girls, especially, have slimmer chances of attending school. If a girl can finish school, her income increases significantly, she is healthier, can marry later and likely to have fewer, healthier children. Her well-being and that of her family increases dramatically.
