Avert joined Verdant Capital as an Analyst in the Investment Banking team in 2025. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Accounting Honours degree from Midlands State University. Prior to joining Verdant Capital, Avert gained experience as a Creditors Clerk at Metropeech and Browne Wholesalers in Zimbabwe.
