Anesu has cross-sector experience in financial due diligence, quality of earnings, valuation, financial modelling and financial analysis. At Verdant Capital he focuses on transactions in the metals and mining sector, including buy-side diligence for private equity and corporate acquirers, mining services and beneficiation businesses, and cross-border mandates.
Prior to joining Verdant Capital, he was a Senior Associate in M&A advisory, having trained and qualified as a CA(SA). He holds the FMVA designation and is a regular contributor to Business Day on mining sector risk and African M&A.
